What is the difference between the Peak and Peak Pro?
There are some key differences between the Puffco Peak and the Puffco Peak Pro. First, the Peak Pro has bluetooth capability to connect to your phone, which gives users more control and customization options. The Peak Pro also comes with the 3DXL Chamber, while the peak comes with the 3D Chamber.

How do I clean my 3DXL CHamber & GLass?
The best way to clean your Puffco 3DXL chamber is to dunk / submerge the whole chamber in 99% Isopropyl alcohol for 20 minutes. You can do the same with the Peak Glass top. DO NOT put the puffco base in cleaner. DO NOT use water!

Why is my Puffco blinking red and white?
The red-white-red-white flashing response from your peak pro is a sign of a Chamber Connection error. Try removing the chamber and try again, if problem persists you might need to clean the chamber. Remove Chamber and submerge in 90%+ Isopropyl alcohol for 20 minutes. Never use Water!
Why is my Puffco blinking white?
Do not worry! :) This is simply an indication the chamber is not attached. Please try removing the chamber from the base and reattaching.
Is it cheaper to buy the peak pro directly from puffco?
When you buy directly from Puffco and you live in Canada, you usually end up paying Customs + Duties fees, plus the shipping time will take longer. We sell Puffco Peaks & Pivots for the same price as Puffco with no unexpected fees or wait times.
