No. The 3DXL chamber is a Peak Pro part. The New Peak takes the Peak 3D Chamber, which is a different component with a different fitting. Buying the wrong one is the single most common mistake we see on chamber orders, so check which device you own before ordering — the Peak Pro has the joystick cap and app connectivity, the Peak does not.

No. The Pivot uses its own quick-release connection system, so Pivot chambers, glass mouthpieces and the Glass Adapter fit the Pivot only — and Peak, Peak Pro and Proxy parts will not fit a Pivot. The Hot Knife and the travel cases are the exceptions and work across every Puffco device.

There is no fixed interval — it depends on how often you use it, what temperature you run, and how diligently you clean. The signal is performance, not time: when vapour production drops noticeably at your usual setting, or reclaim stops wiping away cleanly after a soak, the chamber is done. Heavy daily users typically get several months; occasional users get considerably longer.

Isopropyl alcohol, 90% or higher. Soak glass attachments and chamber parts for 20–30 minutes, rinse thoroughly, and let everything dry completely before reassembling — trapped alcohol will taste terrible on the next heat cycle.

The bigger win is the habit between deep cleans: swab the chamber with a cotton tip while it is still warm from your last dab, before residue hardens. That takes seconds and dramatically extends how long a chamber performs well. Never put electronic bases in liquid.

Puffco's manufacturer warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship on the electronic base and battery for two years from the date of original retail purchase. It does not cover glass, atomizers and chambers, normal wear and tear, or damage from accident or misuse — which is why chambers and glass are treated as consumables rather than warranty items.

Yes — anywhere in Canada, and shipping is free on orders over $125 CAD. Because accessories are small and often bought two or three at a time, a chamber plus a cap or a spare piece of glass usually clears that threshold on its own.

Usually, yes. A US listing price looks lower until you add the exchange rate, international shipping, and duty or import handling at the border. Small accessory orders are hit hardest by this, because the fixed costs of crossing the border do not shrink just because the item is a $60 cap. Ordering domestically means CAD pricing, no import fees, no customs delay, and no risk of a package being held.

A carb cap restricts airflow over the chamber so your concentrate vaporizes at lower pressure — that is the functional part, and every Puffco ships with one. A spinner cap does the same job but directs the airflow in a vortex, which spins terp pearls inside the chamber and keeps concentrate moving across the heated surface instead of pooling. The joystick cap is Puffco's own take on the format.

Not strictly, but they earn their place. Pearls agitate concentrate across the chamber wall so it vaporizes evenly rather than sitting in one spot and scorching. The effect is most noticeable on larger chambers and at higher temperatures. They only work with a cap that creates directional airflow — a spinner or joystick cap.

Yes. The Hot Knife is a standalone USB-C loading tool with a heated tip, so it is not tied to any particular device — it works with the Peak, Peak Pro, Proxy, Pivot, Plus, and any non-Puffco setup as well. It is one of the few genuinely universal accessories in the range.

Two reasons: temperature and taste. Glass gives vapour more distance and surface area to cool before it reaches you, which is the difference most people notice immediately at higher heat settings. And borosilicate is inert, so it does not hold onto residual flavour between sessions the way silicone does. It is also far easier to clean properly — a soak and a rinse, rather than scrubbing residue out of silicone.
